About these dot to dot pages
Each dog connect the dots page starts at the star next to number 1. Children join the dots in order and, when they reach the last number, draw back to 1: the outline of the picture appears around the details that are already drawn. Then it's ready to color.
The easy sheets have 20–30 big, bold numbers, medium sheets 32–41 dots, hard sheets count all the way to 64. Easy suits ages 4–5 and practises counting and pencil control; medium works for ages 6–7, and hard for ages 8 and up.
Every sheet prints on one page in US Letter or A4 and comes with an answer key that shows the finished picture. Each one is checked by a computer: every number from 1 to the end appears once, and no number touches a line, a dot or another number.
- Count the numbers out loud together, then trace with a finger before using a pencil.
- Use a ruler for the straight lines if little hands find it tricky.
- Print the answer key on a separate sheet so kids can check their picture.
