Dragon Coloring Pages

These dragon coloring pages range from friendly, round cartoon dragons to fierce fire-breathers guarding castles and treasure. You will also find baby dragons hatching from eggs, dragons in flight and dragons curled up asleep on piles of gold.

The cartoon and baby dragons are a good fit for kids 4 to 7. The detailed dragons, with layered scales, wings and backgrounds, are popular with older kids, teens and adults who want a longer project with colored pencils or fine markers. Dragons appear in stories from many cultures: in European legends they often hoard gold, while in Chinese tradition the dragon is a symbol of strength and good fortune, which makes these pages a nice tie-in for reading units or Lunar New Year. Kids can also invent their own dragon and write a few lines about its powers.

Every page prints on US Letter or A4 paper and is free for home and classroom use.
