Fairy Coloring Pages

These fairy coloring pages show small winged people from folklore in a mix of settings: sitting on a toadstool, curled inside a tulip, flying over a meadow with butterflies, living in a tree-trunk house, or hovering over a sleeping child as the tooth fairy. A larger fairy garden scene with tiny cottages, a bridge and a pond gives older kids a long project, and a head-and-shoulders portrait with flowers in the hair is aimed at teens and adults.

Fairies have no fixed look, so there is nothing to get wrong. Wings can be any color and the dresses can follow the flower or leaf the fairy lives in. Children who like to make up stories can color a page and then write a few lines about where the fairy lives and what she looks after. The tooth fairy page is a good one to print for a child who has just lost a tooth.

The simplest pages suit ages 3 to 6 and the garden and portrait pages suit ages 10 and up. Every page prints on US Letter or A4 paper and is free for home and classroom use.
