Bus Coloring Pages

These bus coloring pages show the buses children see in towns and at school: a city bus at a stop with people waiting, a double-decker bus with passengers waving, a school bus dropping off kids with backpacks, an open-top sightseeing bus, a minibus on a field trip, an electric bus charging at a pole and a busy bus station with three buses. There is also a very simple round bus with big windows.

The simple bus and the school bus suit ages 2 to 7. City buses, the double-decker, the minibus and the electric bus have more windows, doors and passengers for ages 4 to 10. The sightseeing bus and the bus station are the most detailed and suit ages 6 to 10. The buses carry no route numbers, destinations or company names, so kids can write in their own.

These pages fit back-to-school week and transportation units. A double-decker bus has two floors of seats, and an electric bus runs on a battery instead of a petrol or diesel engine. Ask kids where the bus is going, who gets on at the next stop and how many windows they can count. Pages print on US Letter or A4 paper and are free for home and classroom use.
